The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, where the United States repaying its home loans for low-credit people, is not limited to the United States, but spread to the rest of the world. The biggest reason for this is that securitization has sold institutional bonds such as MBS and CDO around the world. Japan’s financial institutions are relatively less affected by the subprime mortgage crisis. As of September 2008, Japan did not have a financial crisis. However, the global economic turmoil caused by the subprime mortgage crisis has exerted a certain influence on the Japanese economy and increased the difficulties in the implementation of Japan’s macroeconomic policies.
