The Australian Journal of International Affairs, published in December 2005, featured an article by Rose Garott entitled “The Sustainability of China’s Economic Growth and Its Implications.” The paper summarizes the achievements made by China in the past 27 years of reform and the resulting changes in economic and foreign relations and believes that China’s economy will continue to grow rapidly in the future.
