针对目前高等职业教育发展遇到“人才培养目标不明确,课程体系与企业脱节,缺乏双师型师资队伍,城乡教育资源不平衡”等问题,通过“区域经济发展需求、教学资源优化整合和现代学徒制建设的基础”三方面分析政校企行联动,构建高级技术人才培养体系的必要性。以河源职业技术学校模具设计与制造专业为例,通过政校企行联合共同建立人才培养目标,共同构建课程体系,共同建设高素质的师资队伍,共同制定考核标准,构建模具设计与制造专业高级技术人才培养体系。通过三年的实施,目前在学生就业、学生大赛、专业建设和师资队伍建设上取得了一定的成效,为同类高职院校模具设计与制造专业构建人才培养体系提供参考。

Through the implementation of the three-year plan, some achievements have been made in student employment, student competitions, professional construction and faculty construction, which provide reference for the construction of personnel training system for mold design and manufacturing in the same kind of higher vocational colleges.
