摘要目的评估无创性血管弹性成像在评价犬腹主动脉瘤腔内支架修复术后内漏及血栓形成的能力,并以CT及病理做参照。材料与方法所有模型均经动物管理协会及加拿大动物管理委员会同意。18例狗腹主动脉瘤模型均置入支架。伴Ⅰ型内漏的动脉瘤有4例,Ⅱ型内漏13例,无内漏者1例。在手术当天及术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月均用
Abstract Objective To evaluate the ability of noninvasive vascular elastography in assessing endoleak and thrombosis after endovascular stent-graft repair in canine abdominal aortic aneurysms. CT and pathology were used as a reference. Materials and Methods All models are approved by the Animal Management Association and the Canadian Animal Stewardship Council. 18 cases of dog abdominal aortic aneurysm model were placed in the stent. There were 4 aneurysms with type I endoleaks, 13 type II endoleaks and 1 case without endoleaks. On the day of surgery and 1 week after surgery, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months were used
