目的了解职业人群高频电磁辐射职业暴露现况。方法以2家制鞋企业高频热合生产车间作业岗位为调查对象,分别对其电场强度进行调查分析。结果2家厂53个作业岗位,90.6%的岗位电场强度超过国家标准25V/m的要求,加屏蔽防护板的高频热合作业岗位仅有1个测点高于标准值1.20V/m,超标率明显低于未加屏蔽防护板组。结论高频热合作业工人存在较强的高频电场暴露,应采取屏蔽等综合措施控制其职业危害。
Objective To understand occupational occupational exposure to high frequency electromagnetic radiation. Methods Taking two high-frequency heat-sealing workshops of two shoe-making enterprises as the investigation objects, the electric field strength of them were investigated and analyzed respectively. Results In the two factories, there are 53 jobs and 90.6% of the posts have an electric field strength exceeding the national standard of 25V / m. Only one measuring point with high-frequency heat-sealing job of the shielding board is higher than the standard value of 1.20V / m, Exceeded the rate was significantly lower than the unshielded shield plate group. Conclusion There is a strong exposure of high-frequency electric field to HFH workers, and comprehensive measures such as shielding should be taken to control their occupational hazards.
