高原环境对豚鼠耳蜗影响之初步研究

本研究是将在同一饲养环境之健康豚鼠30只,随机分为两组;第一组留西宁饲养(海拔2200公尺);第二组送海晏(海拔3000公尺)饲养,一月后将两组分别就地处死,取出柯替氏器官,以硝酸银染色和福尔马林固定作耳蜗铺片,在相差显微镜下观察对比耳蜗第一、二、三、四回柯替化器的内,外毛细胞情况,并以正常、轻度损害、中度损害及重度损害为判断标维。结果;西宁地区组观察了12只耳,全部属正常范围;海晏地区组观察了22只耳,其中第四回有轻、中、重损害的达12耳,第三回为5耳,第二回为4耳,第一回为3耳。据这一研究结果认为:从海拔2200公尺地方突然进入3,000公尺高海拔地区,生活一个月的豚鼠其耳蜗是有一定损害的。这种损害程度是以尖周(第四回为重,基周相对为轻。这种损害原因目前尚只能说是高原综合因素。这些综合因素中究竟以低氧、低气压、强紫外线、干寒风沙等何者为主,尚待继续研究。 In this study, 30 healthy guinea pigs in the same feeding environment were randomly divided into two groups; the first group was kept in Xining (2200 meters above sea level); the second group was fed Haiyan (3000 meters above sea level) The two groups were killed on the spot, remove the organ of Cortis, with silver nitrate staining and formalin-fixed cochlear implants were observed under a phase contrast microscope contrast cochlear first, second, third and fourth back Internal and external hair cells, and to normal, mild damage, moderate damage and severe damage as the standard dimension. According to the results of this study, guinea pigs who live for one month have some damage to their cochlea when suddenly entering a 3,000-meter-high altitude area from an altitude of 2,200 meters. The extent of this damage is sharp (fourth back as the base week is relatively light.) The reason for this damage can only say that the plateau is a comprehensive factor in these comprehensive factors in the hypoxia, depression, UV, Dry, sand and sand which are the main, yet to continue research.
