本文报告了采用氟化钙(Calcium Fluoride,CaF_2)作盖髓剂的动物实验。使用组织学和扫描电镜的方法观察,并测定牙髓内钙含量和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,结果发现氟化钙具有良好的牙髓组织生物相容性,并能使牙髓内钙含量增高,造牙本质细胞和牙髓细胞的AKP活性增强。氟化钙盖髓后8周,穿髓孔下方形成结构致密、牙本质小管排列整齐的完全性牙本质桥。就形成牙本质桥的速度和结构而言,氟化钙优于氢氧化钙,可作为治疗可复性牙髓炎的盖髓剂。
This article reports on animal experiments using calcium fluoride (CaF 2) as a capping agent.
