巴西提出一种利用磷苯二酚紫(PVC)测定铜基合金中锡的新方法.用HEDTA作掩蔽剂使得可在大量铜存在下测定锡,而无需任何分离步骤.该法比以前的方法选择性更好.用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和Tween—20提高系统的稳定性.该法可直接应用于最终体积50mL,浓度范围为 2.0—60.0μg的酸性Sn(ly)溶液.用甘氨酸缓冲液将pH调至2.0±0.2,30min后,在660 nm处测定吸光度.AI(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Ca(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅰ)和pb(Ⅰ)在含量为500mg时不会干扰;允许存在20000μg Ca(Ⅱ)和 400μgNaCl.用抗坏血酸可掩蔽100μgFe(Ⅲ)的干扰.Bi(Ⅲ),Sb(Ⅴ) ,Ti(Ⅳ),Mo(Ⅵ),EDTA,酒后酸根.柠檬酸根和碘离子会干扰.用本法测定了几种铜基合金中的锡,分析结果与保证值比较表明,本法可得到准确和精密的结果.
Brazil proposed a new method for the determination of tin in copper-based alloys by using pyrithione violet (PVC). The use of HEDTA as a masking agent allowed the determination of tin in the presence of a large amount of copper without any separation step. Better selectivity CtB and Tween-20 improve the stability of the system.The method can be directly applied to the final volume of 50mL, the concentration range of 2.0-60.0μg of acidic Sn ( ly), and the absorbance was measured at 660 nm after adjusting the pH value to 2.0 ± 0.2 and 30 min with glycine buffer.The absorbance of the sample was measured at 660 nm. , Ni (Ⅰ) and pb (Ⅰ) did not interfere with the content of 500mg; 20000μg of Ca (Ⅱ) and 400μg of NaCl were allowed to exist, and the interference of 100μg of Fe (Ⅲ) Ti (Ⅳ), Mo (Ⅵ), EDTA, tartrate, citrate and iodide ions interfere with each other.It has been determined by this method that tin in several copper-based alloys is compared with the guaranteed value, Accurate and precise results.
