CD1400全自动直液分析仪具有异常细胞报警功能,根据报警信号、直方图及其它相关参数变化,可有效地指导我们进行血涂片镜检。但在日常工作中我们发现,有些经血涂片镜检证实无异常细胞的血样,也会出现报警信号,在此我们称之为误报警信号。为了提高仪器报警质量,减少涂片复检率,我们对本室造成误报警信号的原因进行了初步探讨,现报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 仪器:美国雅培CD1400全自动血液分析仪,美国APC不间断稳压电源(UPS)。
CD1400 automatic direct liquid analyzer has abnormal cell alarm function. According to the change of alarm signal, histogram and other related parameters, it can effectively guide us to carry out blood smear microscopy. However, in our daily work, we have found that some blood smear microscopic examination confirmed that there is no abnormal cell blood sample, there will be an alarm signal, here we call the false alarm signal. In order to improve the quality of instrumental alarms and reduce the rate of smear test, we conducted a preliminary discussion on the causes of false alarm signals in this room.
