目的通过血清检测血清肿瘤标记物CEA、AFP、CA19-9、CA125、NSE水平检测及联合生活习惯的调查表,探讨血清肿瘤标记物在血清中表达的水平与生活习惯之间的相关性,明确肿瘤标记物表达的影响因素。方法以2015年1月-2015年12月在本院体检中心进行体检人群作为研究对象,利用本中心自制问卷,详细记录体检者的一般信息,包括生活习惯、饮食习惯、运动习惯等生活因素进行统计分析;利用电化学发光法(仪器法)及ELISA法检测体检者血清肿瘤标记物,并对检测结果进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,以找出影响肿瘤标记物的因素,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果福州地区参加体检的183名城市居民喜欢吃油炸食品率、吸烟率、饮酒率、肥胖率、缺乏体育活动率分别为13.76%、30.26%、51.32%、35.12%和10.83%,不同性别、年龄组居民差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同血清肿瘤抗原CEA、AFP、CA19-9、CA125、NSE的阳性率分别为9.86%、10.37%、20.21%、18.56%和11.52%,且不同性别、年龄组居民差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通过提早诊断血清肿瘤标记物能更好地提早发现肿瘤,早治疗,早治愈,减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量。并通过其影响因素研究,引起该地区人民对饮食及生活习惯的注意,避免肿瘤的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the level of serum tumor markers in serum and lifestyle by detecting the serum tumor markers CEA, AFP, CA19-9, CA125, NSE levels and living habits survey by serum Factors Affecting the Expression of Tumor Markers. Results A total of 183 urban residents who participated in the physical examination in Fuzhou prefers to eat fried food, smoking, drinking, obesity, and lack of physical activity. The rates of physical activity are 13.76%, 30.26%, 51.32%, 35.12% and 10.83% Residents of different age groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rates of CEA, AFP, CA19-9, CA125 and NSE of different serum tumor antigens were 9.86%, 10.37%, 20.21%, 18.56% and 11.52%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant among residents of different genders and ages P <0.05). Conclusion Early detection of serum tumor markers early detection of tumors, early treatment, early cure, reduce pain and improve quality of life. And through the study of its influential factors, the people in the region are attracted to the diet and living habits and avoid the occurrence of tumors.
