体外培养是进行实验研究的有效方法,目前已广泛应用于寄生虫学研究中。布氏姜片吸虫的体外培养以往很少有人报导。1974年Lo氏等首次进行了该试验,在洛氏培养液中(Rohrbacher’s saline, 1957)
In vitro culture is an effective method for experimental research and has been widely used in parasitology. In vitro culture of Brucella schistosomiasis was rarely reported. This experiment was first performed by Lo et al. in 1974 in Rochester’s saline solution (Rohrbacher’s saline, 1957).
