捷克进口“T 138”汽车发动机活塞,其裙部是一个锥体椭圆,锥度0.15~0.17,椭圆度0.20~0.24,光洁度 8。对于这种非圆轨迹工件的精加工,我们设计制造了一台“非圆轨迹仿形机械头”(图1)装置在M131W外圆磨床上。自1974年投产以来,效果良好。它结构简单,性能稳定,既解决了活塞的加工难点,又扩大了磨床的工艺范围。该装置是一套独立的仿形机构,工件与靠模同轴,除同步迴转外,并绕摆轴中心摆动,在弹簧的作用下,靠模始终紧靠在导轮上(图2)。工作时,电机通过减速机构,带动靠模、工件转动。由于靠模、

For the finishing of such non-circular track workpieces, we designed and manufactured a “non-circular track copying machine head” (Figure 1) on the M131W cylindrical grinding machine. Since its commissioning in 1974, the effect has been good. It is simple in structure and stable in performance, which not only solves the processing difficulties of the piston but also enlarges the technological range of the grinding machine. The device is a set of independent copying mechanism. The workpiece is coaxial with the mold. In addition to synchronous rotation, the device swings around the center of the swing axis. Under the action of the spring, the mold always abuts on the guide wheel (Figure 2) . Work, the motor through the deceleration mechanism, driven by the mold, the workpiece rotation. Due to the model,
