目的研究姜黄素对体外培养人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用,探索防治青光眼手术区滤过泡纤维瘢痕化的新途径。方法用0~80μg/ml姜黄素作用体外培养的人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞,观察24~96h后不同浓度姜黄素对人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的影响。CCK-8法检测细胞生长活性。结果在0~80μg/ml浓度作用24~96h范围内,姜黄素可以抑制人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的增长,且呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论姜黄素可抑制体外培养人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞增殖。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of curcumin on the proliferation of human eye Tenon cystic fibroblasts in vitro and to explore a new way to prevent and treat scarring of the blister fibers in glaucoma surgery. Methods Human Tenon’s capsule fibroblasts cultured in vitro were treated with 0 ~ 80μg / ml curcumin. The effects of different concentrations of curcumin on Tenon’s capsule fibroblasts were observed after 24-96h. CCK-8 assay for cell growth activity. Results Curcumin inhibited the growth of human eye Tenon capsule fibroblasts in a dosage and time dependent manner at the concentration of 0 ~ 80μg / ml for 24 ~ 96h. Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of human eye Tenon cystic fibroblasts cultured in vitro.
