我广州市恒盛建设工程有限公司是具有房屋建筑工程、市政公用工程施工总承包等多项施工资质的建筑业企业。随着公司工程项目的增加,一线工地的建筑施工岗位如施工员、安全员等人才紧缺。2011年7月公司从广州城建职业学院建筑工程技术系选拔了48名应届生组成“恒盛订单班”来我公司进行顶岗实习。如何管理这个订单班,在他们实习结束面临择业时能把我们这一实习基地作为优先选择的第一位,从而为一线施工队伍补充人才,是公司第一次大量引进实习生进行的探索和尝试,也是企业培养人才之大计。本文结合实习生的时代特点,以宣传企业文化为宗旨,采取多种措施进行施教,取得了良好的效果。
