前言已设计成的同步二进制视频数据输入器(SBVI)是与白沙导弹靶场(WSMR)目前使用的视频图象分析系统兼容的,而且是与白沙靶场光学跟踪系统上、控制伺服传动的数字跟踪滤波器(DTF)相配合的方案。同步二进制视频输入器是研制工作成本较低的光学测量系统的长期计划的一部分,该系统用录象带代替胶片,使数据处理尽量自动化,从而为用户的数据要求提供快速响应。同步二进制视频输入器包括一台视频同步器和一台二进制视频数据输入器,它们共同满足了以下要求: (1) 使视频摄象机的快门与IRIG-B时间同步。 (2) 为记录发射区和导弹距离事件数据而提供高帧速视频能力。
Preface The designed Synchronous Binary Video Data Input (SBVI) is compatible with the video image analysis system currently used at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) and is associated with the White Track Range Optical Tracking System, which controls the servo drive’s digital tracking filter (DTF) match the program. The Synchronous Binary Video Input is part of a long-term plan to develop a lower-cost optical measurement system that replaces film with video tapes to automate data processing as quickly as possible for the user’s data requirements. The Sync Binary Video Input includes a video synchronizer and a binary video data input that together fulfill the following requirements: (1) Synchronize the video camera shutter with IRIG-B time. (2) provide high frame rate video capability for recording firing zone and missile distance event data.
