本文从海洋科技投入、海洋科技产出和科技环境支撑能力三个方面构建了海洋科技竞争力评价指标体系,运用相关系数法、熵值法和主成分分析法分别赋权,通过Kendall一致性检验和CRITIC组合赋权方法确定综合权重,对2006—2012年沿海省区海洋科技竞争力进行测度分析,结果表明:沿海省区海洋科技竞争力不断提升,各地区间增长不均衡状况更加突出;陆域科技环境支撑力是海洋科技竞争力的主导因素,但影响力呈下降趋势,而海洋科技投入、产出水平的影响力增强;将沿海省区海洋科技竞争力划分为四类,明确了自身定位及影响因素。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of marine science and technology competitiveness from the aspects of investment in marine science and technology, output of marine science and technology and supportiveness of science and technology environment.
