教师教学效能感与教师本人、学科本身和外部环境等因素有关。本文以160名福建省高中政治教师为研究对象,采用问卷法和SPSS分析法进行6个维度的实证研究,探讨教师教学效能感与教师个人背景变量的关系。研究发现:福建省高中政治教师教学效能感总体中等偏上;在不同个人背景变量中,学历对高中政治教师教学效能感没有显著影响,性别、教龄、职称与其有明显关联。
Teacher effectiveness of teaching and teachers themselves, the subject itself and the external environment and other factors. In this paper, 160 high school political teachers in Fujian Province as the research object, the use of questionnaires and SPSS analysis of six dimensions of empirical research to explore the relationship between teacher teaching efficacy and teacher personal background variables. The study found that: the teaching efficacy of high school political teachers in Fujian Province is generally moderately upper; among different personal background variables, education has no significant effect on the teaching efficacy of high school political teachers. Gender, teaching age and professional title are obviously related to them.
