针对贯流式机组的结构特点及其过渡过程的特殊性,以插装阀为主要部件,研制了新型重锤关机与分段关闭装置,其导叶第一段关闭时间为2.81s,第二段关闭时间为8s时,拐点在全行程27%处;甩100%负荷时最大速率上升值为48.3%(过速限制保护整定值为160%)。该装置以其优良的动态特性和极高的可靠性被广泛用于贯流式机组的控制与调节。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of the cross-flow unit and the particularity of its transitional process, a new type of heavy hammer shutdown and segment closing device was developed with the cartridge valve as the main component. The closing time of the first segment of the guide vane was 2.81s, The segment turning-off time is 8s, the inflection point is at 27% of full stroke, and the maximum rate of increase is 48.3% at 100% load (overspeed limit setting is 160%). The device is widely used for the control and regulation of tubular turbine with its excellent dynamic characteristics and high reliability.
