随着国际经济的不断发展,我国的经济水平不断提升,在国际社会经济中所扮演的角色越来越突出。大部分学生对于职业教育的选择欲望不高,而且在如此激烈的人才竞争的时代,要想获得一份稳定的工作格外困难。而就业单位还急需专业的职业技术人员,双方陷入了非常尴尬的局面。因此,我对以就业为导向的机电专业教学有着独特的看法以及对改革有着几点建议。
With the continuous development of the international economy, China’s economy has been continuously upgraded and its role in the international social economy has become increasingly prominent. Most students have a low desire for vocational education, and in such an era of fierce talent competition, it is extremely difficult to get a stable job. The employers also urgently need professional and technical personnel, both sides fell into a very awkward situation. Therefore, I have a unique view on employment-oriented teaching in electromechanics and some suggestions on the reform.
