二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI) ,广泛应用于聚氨酯生产中的一种活泼的化学物质 ,目前被认为是化学性职业哮喘的最大诱因 .综述了TDI引起的哮喘的免疫病理学机制的研究近况 .TDI的生物靶标、致敏能力、气道炎症反应的特点和反应的细胞位点都是了解TDI毒性和疾病的基础 ;阐述了TDI引起的体液免疫应答和细胞免疫应答 ,以及体外的氧化反应、树突状细胞的转移 ,探讨了其免疫病理学根源 ;介绍了TDI哮喘的基因及其表达的改变 .更深层次的研究TDI哮喘的免疫病理学机制将有助于有效的TDI接触预防和临床上职业性哮喘的早期诊断 Toluene diisocyanate (TDI), a living chemical widely used in the manufacture of polyurethane, is currently considered as the leading cause of chemical occupational asthma. A review is given of recent advances in the immunopathological mechanisms of TDI-induced asthma The biological targets of TDI, the sensitization ability, the characteristics of airway inflammatory response and the cellular sites of response are all the basis for understanding the toxicity and disease of TDI. The humoral immune response and cellular immune response caused by TDI are expounded, as well as the in vitro oxidation reaction , Dendritic cell transfer to explore its immunopathological origin of the introduction of TDI asthma gene and its expression changes.Deeper study of the TDI asthma immunopathological mechanisms will contribute to effective TDI prevention and prevention of clinical Early diagnosis of occupational asthma
