针对目前不少兼职大学生劳动权益受到不法侵害的现象,通过对被侵权原因的分析,提出加强高校的相关教育管理职能,给兼职大学生以切实有效的帮助和保护。
Aiming at the phenomenon that many part-time college students are being unlawfully infringed upon their labor rights and interests, this paper analyzes the reasons of being infringed, and proposes to strengthen the relevant education management functions in colleges and universities and to help and help part-time college students effectively.
