我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,也是资源消耗最大的国家,现在已经出现了经济发展与环境保护两方面的压力。推动循环经济的发展对于我国所面临的资源与环境问题能够起到有效地改善作用,但现阶段我国循环经济法律却存在很大的漏洞。对此本文将先对我国当前时期循环经济相关法律体系建设过程中存在的现状和问题进行分析,并提出一些完善该法律体系的浅显看法。
As the largest developing country in the world and the most resource-consuming country in our country, China now has pressure on both economic development and environmental protection. Promote the development of circular economy for our country to face the resources and environmental issues can play an effective role in improving, but at this stage there is a big loophole in China’s circular economy law. This article will first analyze the current situation and problems in the construction of the legal system of circular economy in our country at present, and put forward some simple views to improve the legal system.
