「农业生产合作社示范章程草案」已经国务院发布全国组织讨论、试用,各地除应认真贯彻国务院「关于发布农业生产合作社示范章程草案的通知」精神外,本会特再作如下布置:一、全省组织讨论「农业生产合作社示范章程草案」和征求修正意见的工作,由本会农林水办公室具体负责;西安市、各专、县(市),由西安市人民委员会、各专署、县(市)人民委员会组织领导,并指定专人负责办理日常工作。
The Draft Model Statutes of the Agricultural Production Cooperatives have been promulgated nationwide by the State Council for discussion and trial. Except for the spirit of “promulgating the draft drafts of the model norm of agricultural production cooperatives” promulgated by the State Council, all localities should make the following arrangements: 1) Organizing and discussing “Draft Model Regulations of Agricultural Production Cooperatives” and soliciting opinions for revision are specifically to be taken care of by the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Office of this Municipality; Xi’an City, all prefectures and counties (cities), people’s committees of Xi’an Municipality, The committee organizes the leadership and appoints special personnel to handle the daily work.
