目的:吸氧是预防和治疗高原慢性缺氧损害的主要手段,为了对高原施工人员进行有效的氧疗,对低流量吸氧时间与血氧饱和度变化的关系进行监测,找出科学的吸氧时间,预防和减少缺氧对人体造成的急、慢性损害。方法:通过对高原施工人员在缺氧情况下血氧饱和度的变化和通过一定时间低流量(2L/m in)吸氧后发生的变化进行观察,用最佳的吸氧时间来改善机体的缺氧状态。结果:通过低流量吸氧,能明显改善机体的缺氧程度,在一定时间内机体血氧饱和度变化明显,吸氧30分钟后血氧饱和度的升高到一定程度就停止变化。结论:低流量吸氧能显著改善高原缺氧环境下施工人员机体的缺氧状态,吸氧在30分钟内就能达到最佳效果。
OBJECTIVE: Oxygen inhalation is the main means of preventing and treating chronic hypoxia damage in plateau. In order to monitor the oxygen consumption of oxygen surge in the plateau effectively, the relationship between low oxygen flux time and the change of oxygen saturation is monitored, Oxygen time, to prevent and reduce hypoxia caused by the human body, acute and chronic damage. Methods: By observing the change of oxygen saturation in hypoxia condition and the change after oxygen inhalation by low flow rate (2L / m in) for a certain period of time, the optimal oxygen inhalation time was used to improve the body’s Hypoxic state. Results: Through the low-flow oxygen inhalation, the degree of hypoxia of the body can be obviously improved. The oxygen saturation of the body changes obviously within a certain period of time, and the change of oxygen saturation stops to some extent after 30 minutes of oxygen inhalation. CONCLUSION: Low flow oxygen can significantly improve the hypoxia status of the construction workers in the plateaus under anaerobic conditions. Oxygen absorption can achieve the best effect in 30 minutes.
