我国医疗卫生事业的不断发展,使得医院面临着新的挑战。而大型医院往往是医疗资源的集聚地,担负着为人民提供优质医疗服务的责任。而现在医院的竞争已经不仅仅取决于医生的医术,还取决于医院的规模、医疗设施、人力资源的管理等多方面因素。因此,分析大型医院人力资源管理现状,革新人力资源管理理念,对促进大型医院的发展有重要意义。
The continuous development of medical and health undertakings in our country makes hospitals face new challenges. Large hospitals, on the other hand, are often the sites for the accumulation of medical resources and assume the responsibility of providing quality medical services to the people. Now the competition in the hospital has not only depended on the doctors’ medical skills, but also on the factors such as the size of the hospital, the medical facilities and the management of human resources. Therefore, analyzing the current situation of human resource management in large hospitals and innovating human resource management concepts are of great significance to the development of large-scale hospitals.
