提出一种用于随动控制的直接函数脉冲增量插补算法,适用于以参数方程表示的曲线的插补计算。由于考虑了随动控制的特点,并采用了插补误差的控制技术,该算法具有计算公式简单、函数计算次数少和插补误差可控的优点。应用实例表明,该算法可用于CNC系统的实时插补。
A direct function pulse incremental interpolation algorithm for servo control is proposed, which is suitable for the interpolation calculation of the curve represented by parametric equation. Due to the consideration of the characteristics of servo control and the control technique of interpolation error, this algorithm has the advantages of simple calculation formula, less calculation times of functions and controllable interpolation error. The application example shows that the algorithm can be used for real-time interpolation of CNC system.
