教育家陶行知先生关于学校教育的一个譬喻笔者深有感触!他从哲学和美学角度,把学校和花园作了比较后指出,学校不是别的,只是个“人园”,和花园有相似的意义。他指出:理想的教学,应当使“人园”里面的人都能各得其所,现出各人本来之美,以构成整体之美。新的音乐课程目标也已摒弃了以往把音乐知识技能作为音乐课程首要目标的做法,而是强调兴趣爱好与音乐审美能力的培养,强调通过音乐教育开发创造潜能,培养全面、和谐、充分发展的个体。那么如何在音乐教学中寻求一种“个体的真实性”,以达到音乐学习与个性培养并行和谐发展的效果呢?现结合课堂教学现象谈几点自己的感想。镜头一:
