目的检测长白山区不同产地人参中糖类成分的含量,并分析其含量分布规律。方法采用紫外分光光度法对长白山区15个不同产地人参中的总糖、还原糖和可溶性多糖的含量分别进行检测。结果总糖和还原糖均以长白心方子和长白二道杠的含量最高,以延吉珲春和敦化秋梨沟的含量最低;可溶性多糖以敦化秋梨沟产地的含量最高,以长白心方子和长白二道杠的含量最低。其余产地的含量也存在一定差别。结论不同产地人参中总糖、还原糖和可溶性多糖的含量存在差异,且差异性的大小与产地的地理位置存在一定的关系。
Objective To detect the contents of carbohydrates in ginseng from different habitats in Changbai Mountain and to analyze the content distribution of them. Methods The contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and soluble polysaccharide in ginseng from 15 different habitats in Changbai Mountain were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were the highest in Changbai Xin Fang and Changbai Erdaobang, the lowest in Yanji Qiuchun and Dunhua Qiuliugou. The content of soluble polysaccharide in Dunhua Qiu Liugou was the highest, And Changbai two bars the lowest content. The content of the remaining origin there are some differences. Conclusion The contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and soluble polysaccharides in ginseng from different areas are different, and the difference in size has some relations with the geographic location of origin.
