The 21st century is an era of informationization, an era of knowledge-based economy, and modern science and technology have made tremendous contributions to the development of mankind. The acceleration of the globalization of the current economic development is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to the development of Chinese enterprises. Intense competition has led all enterprises to manage and develop human resources as an important factor in their market competition. In the competition of human resources, the comprehensive ability and quality competition of enterprise staff is the most fundamental competition. The importance attached by modern enterprises to their talents has become an important condition for enterprises to ensure market share and develop market resources.
