10月20日至11月20日,是实达电脑“秋季行业用户巡回活动”的大好日子。据悉,该活动于全国同步展开,实达电脑客户服务部倾巢而出,“风风火火闯九州”以奔赴各地战场最前线。此次活动场面之大,范围之广,业界可谓鲜见。本报记者有幸随同实达电脑华北区客户服务部主管王寿盛一起,亲身体验了实达电脑到政法大学提供上门服务的全过程,并聆听了来自终端用户的心声。
