针对循环流化床锅炉主汽温具有时变、大滞后和大惯性的特点,以及受给水流量影响比较大的现象,将自抗扰控制引入循环流化床锅炉汽温控制系统,并提出了基于混沌变异算子的小生境量子遗传算法,以用于自抗扰控制器的参数优化.仿真研究的结果表明:优化后的自抗扰控制系统具有良好的控制效果,且在对象特性发生变化的情况下,仍能够获得较好的控制效果,具有较强的鲁棒性.
Aiming at the characteristics of the main steam temperature of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, such as time lag, large lag, large inertia and the influence of the feed water flow, the automatic disturbance rejection control is introduced into the circulating fluidized bed boiler steam temperature control system. The niche quantum genetic algorithm based on chaos mutation operator is used to optimize the parameters of ADRC controller.The simulation results show that the optimized ADRC control system has a good control effect and changes in the characteristics of the object The case can still get a better control effect, with strong robustness.
