2013年6月,赤峰市松山区教育局在全区启动了“语文主题学习”实验,我校积极参加,踏上了“语文主题学习”实验之旅。一、实验启动——转变教学观念??近些年,由于老师们经历的教学实验课题太多,每一个都像一阵风似的刮过,没留下任何痕迹。当学校提起“语文主题学习”实验的时候,老师们由于对大量阅读、大量语汇积累背景下的“语文主题学习”实验的课堂面貌和效果缺乏直接的体验和认识,对实验提出了很多异议,一开始就持排斥和抵触的态度。因此,转变教师的观念是使实验进行下去的当务之急。我们利用一周的时间,组织教师对以下材料进行了学习讨论。
