结合工厂实际生产条件 ,应用所开发的铸造充型凝固过程数值模拟商品化软件FT- STAR预测大型铸钢件的缩孔缩松缺陷 ,将计算结果与铸件 X-射线探伤报告进行对比分析 ,证明计算结果能较好地反映实际情况 ,从而在原工艺改进和新产品试制方面为工厂提供了技术支持 ,为优化铸钢件铸造工艺提供了科学依据 ,并为工厂取得了良好的经济效益
According to the actual production conditions in the factory, the numerical simulation commercialization software FT-STAR was used to predict shrinkage porosity defects of large castings. The results of the calculation were compared with the X-ray inspection reports of castings. The calculation results can better reflect the actual situation, thus providing technical support for the factory in terms of the original process improvement and the trial production of new products, which provides a scientific basis for optimizing the casting process of cast steel parts and has obtained good economic benefits for the factory
