实验结果表明，ＬＨＲＨ－Ａ诱导泥鳅排卵的最佳剂量为０．１μｇ／ｇ体重；利血平４μｇ＋ＬＨＲＨ－Ａ０．１μＧ／Ｇ体重与多巴胺４μｇ＋ＬＨＲＨ－Ａ０．１μｇ／ｇ理为最佳剂量。
