目的 探讨脑电地形图 (BEAM)对亚临床肝性脑病的诊断和判断疗效的价值。方法 动态观察10 0例亚临床肝性脑病 (失代偿期 )患者的 BEAM、EEG、血氨浓度和智力测验改变。结果 本组 BEAM和EEG异常率均达 87% ,主要为弥漫性损害 ,局灶 δ、θ功率值增高。以右额颞为主。其改变与血氨浓度和智力测验结果呈正相关。经有效治疗后可恢复正常。结论 BEAM、EEG、血氨浓度和智力测验同样可作为诊断和判断亚临床肝性脑病疗效的可靠指标
Objective To investigate the value of EEG topography (BEAM) in the diagnosis and judgment of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy. Methods The changes of BEAM, EEG, blood ammonia concentration and intelligence test in 100 cases of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy (decompensated) were observed dynamically. Results The abnormal rate of BEAM and EEG in this group reached 87%, mainly diffuse damage, focal δ, θ power value increased. The main right forefront. The change was positively correlated with serum ammonia concentration and intelligence test results. After effective treatment can return to normal. Conclusions BEAM, EEG, serum ammonia concentration and intelligence tests can also be used as reliable indicators to diagnose and judge the clinical effect of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy
