2015年我国房地产市场两极分化严重,可谓冰火两重天。表现为以“北上广深”为代表的一线城市房价火热上涨,深圳以遥遥领先的涨幅,取代了北京和上海的领涨地位。房地产市场的阴晴变化,向来和经济风向息息相关,本文从疯狂的深圳房价背后一探究竟,结合2016年的走势和两会期间房地产新政浅谈政策调控方向。
In 2015, the real estate market in our country has a serious polarization, which can be described as twilight.
