焊接车间在大量的焊接工作中,会产生大量的焊接烟尘,对人体造成危害,如造成职业病。焊接过程所产生的金属和非金属微粒会刺激操作者的呼吸道,造成其呼吸困难。同时,它对车间工作环境也有很大的影响。由此可见焊接车间通风除尘是焊接工人最重要的防护措施之一。因此,有必要对焊接车间进行通风,去除或稀释工作环境中的有害物质,从而建立良好的焊接环境。常见的控制车间内焊接烟尘的污染方式有多种,常用到的有对车间基本除尘布局的优化设计、通过植物的除尘系统、除尘集气罩的设计、滤波器的选择、通风管网的设置、风机选择等。本文针对工作台的具体尺寸和装置的整体尺寸,简述了通过对集气罩和通风道的布置的设计过程,以使除尘系统配置合理化。
