一、前言作为固体激光晶体的稀土铝酸盐(包括YA系列激光晶体),其中掺入稀土元素的分析,用通常的化学分析方法是较费事的,常常需要冗长、繁琐的分离步骤[1,2],尤其这类晶体又难溶于一般的酸碱之中[3],因此给其它分析方法带来更大的麻烦。本文采用磷酸溶解LNA激光晶体,在不分离基体的情况下,直接用ICP-AES内标法测定钕的含量,取得了满意的结果。相对标准偏差3%以内,回收率98-105%,满足了用户的要求。本文还研究了溶液中的磷酸酸度、基体浓度对被测元素钕的谱线强度影响,并确定了最佳工作条件和选择了相应的内标元素钪。
I. Introduction As the rare earth aluminate of solid laser crystal (including YA series laser crystals), rare earth elements are analyzed by the usual chemical analysis methods, often requiring lengthy and tedious separation steps [1, 2]. In particular, such crystals are hardly soluble in common acids and bases [3], which brings more troubles to other analytical methods. In this paper, phosphoric acid was used to dissolve LNA laser crystal, and the content of neodymium was directly determined by ICP-AES with no separation of matrix, and satisfactory results were obtained. The relative standard deviation of less than 3%, the recovery rate of 98-105%, to meet the user’s requirements. The effect of phosphoric acid concentration and matrix concentration on the spectral intensity of neodymium was also studied in this paper. The optimal operating conditions and scandium were selected.
