目的探讨阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗对缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)颈动脉血管狭窄及颈动脉血管斑块形成的干预治疗效果。方法将阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗设为研究组,即:口服他汀类药物20 mg每日1次,同时常规给予脑超声波(SUT-800型,超声输出频率800 kHz,声强0.75~1.25 W/cm2)治疗每日一次,每次30 min,10 d一个疗程,间隔1周再进行第2个疗程6,个月后巩固治疗一次1,2个月观察疗效;单纯口服阿托伐他汀治疗为他汀组,即:仅口服阿托伐他汀20 mg每日一次1,2个月后观察疗效;对照组,即:普通常规治疗,不用阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗。分析3个组治疗脂肪斑块效果。结果 3个组干预脂肪斑块差异显著,即研究组与他汀组,他汀组与对照组对照比较,研究组对脂肪斑块的干预效果显著高于他汀组,他汀组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗能明显消融或减少颈动脉脂肪斑块,控制血管狭窄,预防ICVD的发生。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin and cerebral ultrasound treatment on carotid artery stenosis and carotid artery plaque formation in ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). Methods Atorvastatin and brain ultrasound treatment were used as the study group, namely, oral statin 20 mg once daily and routine brain ultrasound (SUT-800 type, ultrasonic output frequency 800 kHz, sound intensity 0.75 ~ 1.25 W / cm2) once a day, every 30 min, 10 d for a course of treatment, an interval of 1 week and then the second course of treatment 6 months after consolidation treatment once and 1,2 months to observe the effect; simple oral atorvastatin Treatment for the statin group, namely: oral atorvastatin 20 mg once a day 1,2 months after the observed effect; control group, namely: conventional treatment, without atorvastatin and brain ultrasound treatment. Compared with the control group and the statin group, the effect of the intervention group on the fat plaque was significantly higher than that of the statin group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Atorvastatin and brain ultrasound treatment can significantly ablate or reduce carotid artery plaque, control vascular stenosis and prevent the occurrence of ICVD.
