油封真空泵是量大面广的真空产品,其中以旋片泵产量最大。国产旋片泵噪声偏高,其噪声问题成为真空行业亟待解决的问题之一。本文根据有关旋片泵噪声理论,运用行进测试技术对国产2XZ-4、ZX-4泵样机噪声进行了分析和实验研究。结果表明,电机噪声是泵的重要噪声源,应用低噪声电机有利于我国旋片真空泵的降噪,同时证明,噪声大的泵可通过改革泵的结构设计加以解决。
Oil seal vacuum pump is a large volume of vacuum products, of which the largest production rotary vane pump. Domestic rotary vane pump noise is high, the noise problem has become one of the problems to be solved in the vacuum industry. According to the theory of rotary vane pump noise, this paper analyzes and studies the noise of domestic 2XZ-4 and ZX-4 pump prototype by using the traveling test technology. The results show that the motor noise is an important noise source of the pump. The application of low noise motor is beneficial to the noise reduction of the rotary vane vacuum pump in our country. At the same time, it is proved that the pump with large noise can be solved by the structural design of the reforming pump.
