目的:了解建水县围产儿死亡的原因现状,制定相应的干预措施,降低围产儿死亡率。方法:对2000～2006年的568例围产儿死亡病例进行回顾性分析。结果:7年围产儿死亡率为15.21‰,前3位死因依次为早产、新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎。结论:加强围产保健工作和产科建设,提高产科质量,宣传动员孕产妇住院分娩是有效降低围产儿死亡率的关键。
Objective: To understand the current status of perinatal deaths in Jianshui County and to formulate appropriate interventions to reduce perinatal mortality. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 568 perinatal deaths from 2000 to 2006 was conducted. Results: The 7-year perinatal mortality rate was 15.21 ‰. The first 3 causes of death were premature birth, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal pneumonia. Conclusion: Strengthening perinatal care and obstetrics, improving the quality of obstetrics and promoting mobilization of pregnant women in hospital delivery is the key to effectively reducing perinatal mortality.
