今年前三季度,国内原油表观消费量呈现波动起伏走势,同比增速小幅上升;原油和石油产品生产增速放缓;原油进口量较快增长,对外依存度达到56.3%。展望四季度,国内石油需求将保持增长,增速相对较低;原油生产增速将有所上升,石油产品生产保持低速;原油进口继续较快增长,成品油进出口仍相对较低;汽柴油市场相对稳定。预计全年原油表观消费量约47060万吨,比上年增长3.7%;汽煤柴油表观消费量约27300万吨,同比增长3.8%。全年原油产量约20660万吨,比上年增长1.5%;原油加工量约45800万吨,同比增长2.3%;汽煤柴油产量约27770万吨,同比增长4.0%。全年原油净进口量约26400万吨,比上年增长5.6%,对外依存度达56.1%。

Apparent consumption of steam coal and diesel oil is 273.3 million tons, an increase of 3.8% over the same period of last year. The crude oil output in the year was about 206.6 million tons, an increase of 1.5% over the previous year. The processing volume of crude oil was about 458 million tons, up 2.3% over the same period of last year. The output of steam coal and diesel oil was about 277.7 million tons, up 4.0% from the same period of last year. The net crude oil imports in the year amounted to about 264.4 million tons, an increase of 5.6% over the previous year and the foreign dependence reached 56.1%.
