思想政治工作是我党群众工作的有效方法和传统优势,又是我国国有集体企业的特色,然而在现代企业中职工思想工作面临的难题是如何克服思想政治工作与生产经营工作两张皮问题,将思想政治工作渗透到生产经营活动中,并产生传递正能量。现代企业文化产生于西方管理理论,是经济与文化相结合的产物,更贴近于生产经营管理,已成为支撑现代企业经济发展的软实力。企业职工思想政治工作和文化建设虽隶属于两个不同的范畴,性质和内涵有差异,但是他们工作的对象相同,内容和方法互通互补。思想政治工作与企业文化都作用于企业和企业的职工;思想政治工作
Ideological and political work is an effective method and traditional advantage of our party’s mass work. It is also a characteristic of China’s state-owned collective enterprises. However, the problem facing employees in modern enterprises is how to overcome the problems of ideological and political work and production and management. The ideological and political work will be infiltrated into production and business activities, and will generate positive energy. Modern corporate culture originates from Western management theory and is a product of economic and cultural integration. It is closer to production, operation and management and has become a soft power that supports the economic development of modern enterprises. Though the ideological and political work and cultural construction of enterprise employees belong to two different categories and their nature and connotation are different, they are the same in their work and their contents and methods are mutually complementary. Both ideological and political work and corporate culture are applied to employees of enterprises and enterprises; ideological and political work
