近年来,我们第四军医大学在出国留学人员管理工作中,不断拓宽留学渠道,逐步完善管理制度,积极为学成人员施展才华创造条件,最大限度地吸引出国留学人员回国工作,有效地促进了科技干部队伍整体素质的提高,改善了学科(学术)带头人的年龄和知识结构,扭转了科技人才青黄不接的局面,开拓了新的学科领域,取得了一大批具有国内外先进水平的科研成果,为我校争取早日进入国家“211工程”奠定了坚实的人才基础。
