贝尔纳说过:“没有一位科学家能够保证,而且他也不能真正想保证,他所下的判断永远不会被颠倒过来。他所能希望的一切只是,而我所希望的也只是,已经建立了某些事实与另一些事实间的足够确实和显著的联系,备旁人用作基础去寻找新事实和新联系,即使这位科学家先建立起来的这些联系后来被人推翻也不要紧。”(刘大椿:《科学活动论》人民出版社,1985:167)。的确,对于许多有创造性的科学成果,用通常的规则去审评,可能有这样那样的不足,或暂时不被别人所理解。但是有些成果,如果不发表,就难以备旁人去进行新的创造,也无助于发现者本人在争论中去完善、发展已有的成果。作为科学发现确认的第一个环节
