伊川县在城区河道治理中考虑橡胶坝“蓄泄自如,造价低廉”的特点,结合城市窗口亮化美化的现实要求,在黄河二级支流伊河的城区段建设了一处拦河橡胶坝,形成了较大的人工湖面,既可调节洪水,改善周边环境,同时结合县城建设,在防洪大堤上建设了园林风光带,为城区居民提供了一个体闲、娱乐的场所,也为城区段河道治理、城市建设和周边环境的和谐发展提供了有益的尝试。
