从实际条件出发,本着方便、易实施、现象明显、且能说明问题的原则,我在实际教学中,对焰色反应采用如下方法进行,可供同行参考。一、实验仪器及试剂1.仪器酒精灯、烧杯、量筒、玻璃棒和花露水瓶。2.药品氯化钠、碘化钾、硝酸铜、无水酒精、蒸馏水。二、实验操作1.先用蒸馏水配制NaCl饱和溶液,然后取约10mL NaCl饱和溶液倒入烧杯中,接着往烧杯中再加入100mL无水酒精,最后用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,静置。[V(NaCl溶液):V(无水酒精)≈1:8-1:10)]2.取上层清液倒人花露水瓶中,点燃酒精灯,调整花露水
Starting from the actual conditions, based on the principles of convenience, ease of implementation, obvious phenomena, and ability to explain the problem, I used the following methods for flame reaction in practical teaching. Drugs sodium chloride, potassium iodide, copper nitrate, anhydrous alcohol, distilled water. Second, the experimental operation 1. First with distilled water to prepare a saturated solution of NaCl, then take about 10mL NaCl saturated solution into a beaker, then add 100mL of anhydrous alcohol into the beaker, and finally stir with a glass rod, stand.
