目的探讨JCI标准下的手术室病理标本安全管理应用实践的效果。方法 2016年对手术室病理标本管理实施JCI标准管理模式,与2016年以前实施常规性管理模式下的手术室病理标本安全管理的效果与医生及患者满意度进行比较分析。结果 JCI组手术室病理标本处置时间明确短于对照组(P<0.05),JCI组病理标本防腐合格率、标本丢失率(含混淆率)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),JCI组的医、患满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 JCI标准下手术室病理标本安全管理,既可以全面提高手术室病理管理质量,同时也对有效提升医、患满意度,具有积极的促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of safety management of pathological specimens in operating room under JCI standard. Methods In 2016, the JCI standard management mode was applied to the operating room pathology specimen management. The results were compared with the satisfaction of doctors and patients in 2016 under the routine management mode of operating room pathological specimen safety management. Results The pathological specimens of JCI group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The rates of anticorrosion and loss of specimens in the JCI group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) The medical satisfaction was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The JCI standard operating room safety management of pathological specimens not only can improve the quality of operation management, but also can promote the satisfaction of doctors and patients effectively.
