采用动态滚轮试验、静态失重法、电化学方法及扫描电镜研究了碳钢在饱和盐水钻井液中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,氧是引起腐蚀的主要因素;添加除氧剂和吸附型缓蚀剂可减缓钻井液的腐蚀;且吸附型缓蚀剂对钢材在存放过程中的腐蚀起到较好的抑制作用。文中对钻井液添加剂、钻井液pH值及大气相对湿度对腐蚀的影响也进行了研究。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in saturated salt water drilling fluid was studied by dynamic wheel test, static weight loss method, electrochemical method and scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that oxygen is the main factor causing corrosion. Addition of oxygen scavenger and adsorbent inhibitor can slow down the corrosion of drilling fluid, and adsorption type corrosion inhibitor can inhibit the corrosion of steel during storage . The paper also studied the influence of drilling fluid additives, drilling fluid pH and atmospheric relative humidity on corrosion.
