美国是互联网的发源地,也是网络新闻最早兴起的国家,美国利用互联网上的支配地位批发信息,并占据着世界网络新闻的主导地位,这种主导地位在某种程度上可以说是一种霸权,那么,究竟何谓网络新闻霸权呢?我们可以从霸权主义的定义来了解。这种霸权很大程度上依赖于美国互联网技术的发达、综合国力的强大和政治体制的新进等因素。当然,这种一家独大的局面造成了一系列负面效应,譬如,新闻单一化、雷同、片面。面对这种局面,世界各国应该充分利用网络行使话语权,打破美国的网络文化霸权,中国也应通过互联网传递我国的声音,维护我国在互联网上的利益。
The United States is the birthplace of the Internet and the earliest emerging country of online news. The United States uses the dominant position on the Internet to wholesale information and occupies the leading position in the world of online news. To some extent, this dominance can be described as a form of hegemony So, what exactly is cyber news hegemony? We can understand from the definition of hegemony. This hegemony relies heavily on factors such as the development of US Internet technology, the strength of its overall national strength and the new political system. Of course, such a dominance has created a series of negative effects. For example, the news is one-sided, similar and unilateral. Faced with this situation, all countries in the world should make full use of the Internet to exercise their right of discourse and break the network culture hegemony in the United States. China should also pass our voice through the Internet and safeguard our interests on the Internet.
